Are you a passionate, enthusiastic and determined person? We are looking for a talented person to join our team as a Recruitment Consultant in the Education sector. We are experts in education with a difference. Working with 1000s of schools and teachers across the country through our jobs board Talented Teacher Jobs to help schools recruit successfully.
There is a generous uncapped commission scheme that will pay a minimum additional bonus of £12,000 per annum.
The immediate business objective is to provide added-value recruitment services for schools and Academies, offering a range of services from enhanced advertising through to full international search programmes.
BASIC SCOPE AND PRIMARY OBJECTIVES OF THE ROLE
The overarching objective for this role will be to contribute to the development of a Recruitment service that will enable the Company to achieve its commercial goals through the following measures:
-Placing of recruitment adverts on social media
-Monitoring the outcomes of recruitment advertising, assessing opportunities to offer value-added services
-Discussing options with representatives of client schools
-Co-ordinating the activities of home-based researchers and executing assignments with a strong emphasis on excellent candidate and client care, with efficient and transparent delivery
-Working as part of a team to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of management tools and processes.
-Acting as an ambassador for the business
EXPERIENCE and SKILLS REQUIRED
-You must be confident in the use of Office programmes (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
-You must demonstrate the ability to adapt to the use of bespoke programmes (although training will be provided)
-We would prefer, although it is not essential, experience of working In Education, either as a teacher or similar Education company. Alternatively, considerable experience of working within a recruitment environment will be required.
-Clear communications skills, both verbally and in writing, are critical to this role
-You must be self-motivated, with the ability to deliver to targets, particularly whilst working from home
-We require a positive, can-do attitude, patience and persistence
-A given level of formal education is not required, although we might prefer somebody with Further or Higher Education qualifications if these provide evidence that you possess the personal skills that are necessary to deliver in this role
We are looking for somebody who can commit up to 35 hours a week and we are happy to offer some flexibility. In addition we offer a generous uncapped commission scheme.
