About Ousedale School

Ousedale School is an 11-19 academy based on two campuses, Newport Pagnell and Olney. We have an absolute belief that all children can succeed and become successful learners; Ofsted rates us good with outstanding features.

In June 2015 we were voted the top school in Milton Keynes based on the last three years' results at both GCSE and A level and we have also received recognition from the Department for Education for consistently achieving outstanding results at GCSE. The Sixth Form has an enviable reputation locally and nationally: top performing 6th Form in Milton Keynes for 9 years; top 1% in the country for comprehensives.

Extra-curricular activities and our enrichment programme, which includes the Duke of Edinburgh Award, music and sport, make Ousedale School an incredible place for students to learn and grow. All are encouraged to be good British citizens and build positive relationships; upholding the values of democracy, mutual respect and tolerance. The ethos created instils pride, a sense of belonging and prepares students for their adult life.

In our recent inspection a parent of a particularly vulnerable child told the lead inspector, 'The school always looks for solutions and strategies to support my child. He would never have managed alone without their help.'
