The role

We are looking for an inspiring Director of English to join the Senior Leadership Team at Morton Academy.

The core focus of the role will be to deliver an outstanding curriculum underpinned by effective classroom teaching to ensure all students make excellent progress in English. You will also be a key member of our Leadership Team setting the future direction and vision of the Academy.

We are striving for excellence in all areas of work at the Academy.  We are transforming an Academy as we work towards outstanding performance in all areas, but this journey is not yet complete.  We need someone who has the skills, knowledge and passion for improving educational outcomes to help us continue our rapid journey of improvement.
