Temporary Key Stage 1 Teacher
Reflecting a rise in pupil numbers, we are pleased to be looking for a KS1 Teacher to join our Junior School team for the forthcoming academic year.
Working as part of an established team, this post would be ideal for a less experienced teacher; but applications are welcomed from all.
You will be enthusiastic and engaging, with the ability to ensure that our pupils attain a high level of progress whilst supporting a strong pastoral approach.
The post is for one year in the first instance.
Working Hours: 0.8 FTE. Monday and Friday mornings, Tuesday-Thursday full days
Salary: Salary competitive and depending upon experience
Term time is usually 34 weeks of the year, and the Junior School benefits from small class sizes and exceptional whole school facilities. In addition we offer a generous school fee discount, free school meals, and free parking.

About Sibford School
Sibford School was established in 1842 as a co-educational boarding school for the children of Quaker families.
The first recorded pupil was nine-year-old Lucy Endall who entered the school on 16 January 1842. She arrived by carrier cart from Banbury, bringing with her: a straw bonnet; cloak, two gowns, a pair of coloured stays, two dark skirts, two flannel petticoats, three strong shifts, two nightgowns and caps, two linen pinafores, two pocket handkerchiefs, two pairs of stockings, two pairs of stout shoes and a ruff for the neck!
