Walsall Studio School is looking to recruit an enthusiastic, hardworking individual to join our team.
A good knowledge of science with physics as a specialism to raise standards of student attainment and monitor and support student progress. Applicants will have responsibility for an assigned class and be responsible for the day-to-day work and management of the class.
All applicants must have Qualified Teacher Status and should have a real interest in the
academic, vocational and pastoral aspects of education and should be committed to working as part of a close-knit, supportive team.
About Walsall Studio School
Walsall Academy in Bloxwich, Walsall opened in September 2003. The student enrolment is around 1200 with approximately 320 students in the Sixth Form. The School is one of a number of City Academies established in England and is sponsored by The Mercers’ Company of the City of London and Thomas Telford School.
We have designed a school and curriculum which make learning and teaching stimulating and enjoyable. We offer first class facilities, state of the art ICT and the opportunity to specialise in more Technology, Science and Performing Arts alongside the National Curriculum.
